ALISTITHMAR CAPITAL provides a full range of custodial services to its clients. Whether it is collection of stock dividends or receiving and updating client’s holdings as a result of corporate action, i.e. share splits or bonus shares. We follow up with issuers to achieve that and more relating to our clients portfolio and investment details. In particular we make the following arrangements for:
- registration of client assets if these will not be registered in the customer’s name
- claiming and receiving dividends, commission payments and other entitlements accruing to the customer
- exercising conversion and subscription rights
- dealing with takeovers, other offers or capital re-organizations
- exercising voting rights
- the giving and receiving of instructions by or on behalf of the client or other person accredited by the client, and any restrictions to that authority.
